Delete your account

Sign in to the account you want to delete, then come back here.

• Your profile, photos, Studio try-ons, poses and videos are deleted, along with the files we stored for them.
• Your wishlist, bag, saved addresses, reviews, chat history and points balance are deleted.
• Unused points are lost and aren't refunded.
• Past orders are kept without your name on them, because we have to keep sales records.
• This can't be undone. Signing up again later starts a new, empty account.
