Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it. Never upload photos of children, nude or sexual images, or photos meant to embarrass, deceive or harass someone.

The photos stay yours. You let us store them and send them to our AI providers only to make what you ask for, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Try-ons, poses and videos are AI-generated pictures meant to help you imagine a look. They can get colours, fit, size or details wrong, and they are not a guarantee of how a product will look on you. Don't present them as real photos of someone, or use them to mislead.

You may keep, download and share what you make for personal use. Product photos belong to the stores they came from.

• Each try-on, pose or video costs points from your balance.
• If a generation fails, its points go back to your balance automatically.
• Points don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Points bought on the website aren't refunded. Points bought in the iPhone or Android app are charged by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply.
• Unused points are lost when you delete your account.
• A package that includes a plan gives you that plan for the number of days shown when you buy it.

Prices, delivery and returns for products you order are shown at checkout and on your order page, and those apply to that order.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and remove content that does.

We work to keep MyTryOnStudio running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If these terms change, we update the date below. If a change matters to how you use the service, we email you before it applies.
